I typically supply all materials for my projects — I know what works, where to get it, and how to make sure the right product is used for the job. If you'd prefer to supply your own materials, I'm happy to work with that too. Either way we'll go over everything before work begins so there are no surprises.
Travel
No travel fee for jobs within my standard 30-mile service radius from Northwood, NH. For jobs outside that range, a small travel fee may apply — I'll always let you know upfront.

Pricing & Payment
I work on a project basis — every job gets a clear written quote before any work begins. You know exactly what you're paying upfront. No open-ended billing, no surprises.
For larger projects over $1,000, a 50% deposit may be required to secure materials and scheduling. This will always be discussed and agreed upon upfront before work begins.
I accept a wide range of payment methods:
No processing fee: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Checks, Bank Transfer/ACH (1% fee)
With processing fee: PayPal (3%), Venmo (2%), all major credit cards (3%)
Payment is typically due upon job completion. For larger projects, the deposit timeline will be outlined in the estimate.
Only if the job is more than 30 miles from Northwood, NH. In that case, there is a $25 flat fee per day. No hidden surprises — I'll always tell you upfront.

No. All towns within the 30-mile radius are treated the same. The only extra fee is the $25/day flat travel fee for jobs beyond 30 miles.
